The UK mainland relates to delivery throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.

ALL Scottish Highlands and Islands are classed as outside of UK Mainland and will incur a surcharge over UK Mainland charges. These charges apply even where the charge to UK Mainland is included in the published price and quoted as free on our website. Please contact our sales office for a quote if you require delivery outside UK Mainland / N Ireland.

Whenever possible we will use our own delivery vehicles, however, we sometimes use specialist external delivery companies.

If you have specific delivery needs, please advise us when placing the order. We will always try and accomodate. Normal delivery times are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Money back guarantee: We have a 7 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you do not want to keep your items then return them to us in their original unopened condition / seals packaging intact and we will refund the value of your goods NOT any delivery / collection costs.

We recommend that you send these items with postal insurance (special delivery) as Extreme Car Beds cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

If you would like us to arrange collection of your items using our courier, please contact us with your preferred collection day. There will be a charge for using this service.

We regret that we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or any items have been part or fully assembled. So please ensure you are happy with the goods before you begin assembly.

Mattresses can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Mattresses which have been opened or slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress then please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

We will only send out refunds after all items have been inspected. A cheque will be sent to the billing address only within 30 days.

Manufacturer Defects

It is the nature of wood that there are inevitably certain imperfections or slight markings on self assembly furniture. We only deal with quality reputable manufacturers and although we make every effort we cannot guarantee that there won't be damages.

If after opening the packaging you find that parts have defects / marks or damage please notify us immediately (within 7 days) by contacting the office, and replacement items will then be requested and sent to you.

You must email us a picture of the damaged items. This is very important as we need proof of damage or defects to enable the manufacturer to release replacement parts.

If you have missing items, email us a with the part number and number of items required. If the replacement items are too big to fit through your letter box please also advise us of a suitable day for us to deliver the items to you. Please be aware we do not stock spare parts for all products we sell, if we need to order a part in we will advise you of an expected delivery date.
